We combine personal service and technology to make the rental process of our Detroit area rental properties as easy as possible. We encourage our residents to activate their Tenant Portal. Once activated, you can use our online system to schedule, pay, and track your rent payments online. You can also notify us of any routine property concerns you may have online. We will schedule your issue for prompt resolution. If you have a property emergency where you feel your safety or the property may be at risk, please contact us immediately.

We ask residents be good neighbors and respect the property and needs of other residents. Please leave any common areas as they were found. If you know of someone who would be interested in a rental property, we also appreciate referrals from our residents.
